We recently left for vacation and had a kitchen faucet go on the fritz. Got back a few weeks later to find a mold jungle. Our wood floors looked like crushed piano keys. A friend of mine recommended Rescue Squad Restoration for the mold remediation. Not only did they come and take care of all the mold and the bad smells...but they also dried out all our wood floors, ceilings and walls. We didn't realize how wet everything was until they were done drying. The mold they got rid of...I didn't ever think it would go away..I tried cleaning it myself and it kept appearing the next day. In all...you guys as Rescue Squad Restoration did a great job. Ya did the job for the price you quoted and you finished within the time frame you gave me and my wife.

I live in the Robinson Twp area and I was in a major pinch. Broken water heater and nobody could come out at 10pm..even after I called my insurance carrier. So I found Rescue Squad Restoration on the internet and gave them a call. Long story short..Pete Mays..the owner..ended up coming out 20 minutes later and took care of everything. He and his workers must have been there till 6am something. Not only did they take care of everything..but when the insurance company got there he handled all the paperwork for us too! My family and I would definitely recommend them..not just because they do a fantastic job with no out-of-pocket expenses...but they got here to darn fast!!

I had a backup in my toilet that flooded our bathroom and soaked through the floor into our downstairs basement. I was recommened to call Rescue Squad Restoration by a coworker who had a similar experience. I was also told that the owner, Pete Mays, was the Oxyclean's Guy Billy's Mays' cousin..so of course I wanted to meet him and see if it was true. My friend was right..from the beard to the big smile he was every inch a Mays. Peter and his crew did such a fantastic job cleaning it all up..he even took care of all the insurance billing..I didn't have to do a single thing!..actually..Peter himself even installed a microwave that we had been trying to get installed for over two years. The most impressive thing would have to be the fact that they showed up on time every single day and I even had the owner's personal cell phone number incase anything ever went wrong. The last thing they did was steam clean all the carpets before they left and all I can say now is...
